This Privacy Policy is in relation to your access and subscription to, and use of, the Beetil Website and any software and services made available to you via the Beetil Website (collectively called the “Services”) as they may exist from time to time.

The Services are provided by or on behalf of the Citrix Online entity identified in the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Services (also called “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy) through its commonly controlled affiliated company Beetil Service Management Limited of Wellington, New Zealand (also called “BSM”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy).

Your use of the Beetil web site and/or Services shows you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of personal information in the manner set out below.

We collect and hold personal information from you when you use the Services and interact with us in relation to those Services. For example, when you register an account this may include your name, contact email address and other contact details.

Payment information

If you choose to pay for the Services by credit card, your details will not be stored by us. Your credit card details are encrypted and stored by the payment gateway provider.

In accordance with rights you may have under applicable privacy laws, you may ask to see your personal information and ask to have any of it updated; corrected or deleted. We may ask you to verify your identity for such requests, to protect your privacy, and that of others.

Cookies

When you use the Services a cookie (which is a small text file) will be loaded onto your computer. The purpose of the cookie is to identify you during your session and to provide time zone information. You can change the settings on your browser so that you will not receive any cookies. However, if you choose to do this you may not be able to use the Services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy. We will endeavour to give you notice before the new version of the policy take effect by either emailing you with notice of the changed policy (sent to the email address you gave us when register for or subscribe to the Services) or by displaying a notice as part of the Services (for example, on the Beetil website). Any use by you of the Services after the new version of the policy has been posted on the Beetil website confirms your acceptance of the new version of the policy.
