Snapper cards are widely used in Wellington, where they can be used to pay for bus fares, train tickets, coffee, lunch, dry cleaning and movies. Snapper is powered by the world's leading contactless smartcard technology, and since inception in 2008 Snapper has processed over 12 million transactions.

No risk, low effort risk adoption
Snapper's IT Systems Manager, Richard McClure says that Beetil offered a "no risk, low effort incremental adoption" to using a service management system. After a bit of brainstorming the team at Snapper defined a good base line structure for their services and we able to get up and running with Beetil in an easy, incremental way.
